Trampoline workout classes

Come and strengthen your core muscles, learn how to jump, do tricks and overall just enjoy the trampoline!

In the classes, suitable for both beginners and advanced jumpers, we will practice the basics of jumping and being in the air, as well as the right posture. We will put a lot of emphasis on strengthening the core and doing various stretching exercises. If you are interested in trampoline jumping, you are welcome to join us!

For the classes, we recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and low sole sports shoes. You can use the showers and lockers. We kindly ask all those registered to be present at least 10 minutes before the class.

Uninstructed jumping on the trampoline is the customer’s own responsibility. The instructor is Eero Joon.
